Organisers of miss Hotlegs South Africa recently announced the opening of registration for the pageant. Finishing touch events, the conveyers of the event announced this at their headquarters in the UK, and it was official open on all social media platforms thereafter.
According to the CEO Mosy O’Ginni, the entry form for the pageant can be submitted on Google docs. Entry fee for the Teen category is R350 and R400 for Miss category. She explains that the applicants should be South African by birth, and applicants must be between the ages of 16-18 for Teen category and 19-29 for Miss category.
O’Ginni further explains that would be contestants should be literate and endowed with stunning legs. The 3rd edition will see winners carting home with crowns from different contest categories and cash prizes.
Last year Chumasande Somazembe a 25-year-old doing her finale year at University of Walter Sisulu, won the 2nd edition of Miss Hotlegs South Africa. She won two awards, best bikini body and public choice. Chumasande is from the dusty mountains of Qumrha in the Eastern Cape Province. 1st princess is Tinyiko Mkhonto and 2nd princess is Agnes Jessica Farrett.
Luyanda Vuyokazi Fundama a 17-year-old from Springs won the 2nd edition of Miss Teen Hotlegs South Africa and won a best talent as well. Luyanda is a performer and a public speaker. 1st princess is Agcobile Gqubule and 2nd princess is Kagiso Khoza and she won best evening wear as well. The best costume wear was won by Londeka Mathe.
The closing date for entries is Friday 31st of March 2023. The grand finale will be happening in Johannesburg and will be worth waiting for said O’Ginni.
