Woman empowerment is of utmost importance – #Womandla #imbokodo #Womandoingitforthemselves are just some of the trending hashtags solidifying and cementing the gigantic role women play in society and contributing to economic growth and development.

She Matters Movement, is a transformative initiative founded by Tebogo Makola and Ursula Dlamini. The movement remains dedicated to uplifting and empowering young girls and women.

With a commitment to celebrating women regularly, the movement hosts a series of inspiring events throughout the year. These events create a safe space for women to embrace their true selves, share experiences, offer support, build connections, and engage in enlightening conversations with influential female figures from diverse industries.

“Our mission is to create an environment where women can wholeheartedly embrace their uniqueness, break free from societal constraints, and thrive in all aspects of life. We firmly believe that every woman matters and deserves to be celebrated”, says Tebogo Makola, co-founder of She Matters Movement.

Ursula Dlamini, co-founder of She Matters Movement, adds: “Through our events, we strive to address critical issues that women face on a daily basis. Gender inequality, career challenges, freedom of expression, abuse, mental wellness, and more – these are topics that demand our attention and action. We aim to empower women to overcome these obstacles and realize their full potential.”

The She Matters Movement events cover a wide range of thought-provoking discussions and interactive sessions to equip women with valuable insights, knowledge, and resources to navigate the challenges they encounter.
