South African Females in Arts Awards (SAFIAs) is a platform where females in different talents are recognised. It deals more with the uprising female stars so that they can be known and recognised by SA of what they are capable of doing through their talent.
SAFIAs started as a talent show (women in arts) in 2016. They received so much support and excitement and as a result In 2019, they then decided to honour them with awards to encourage them to continue with their different talents planted in them.
“Talent does not need any qualification but passion and willingness to work hard towards achieving what you believe in. We all get encouraged when we are acknowledged no matter what the level we are on, we believe that the amazing talents and passion we observed in the females of SA can go far as putting food on the table for their families.“

Every award will be accompanied by awesome/amazing prizes, and a nominee with many votes becomes a brand ambassador of the SAFIAs.
The public is advised to send the names (individuals) and a category nominating for, province and your number. Only one category per person.
After submitting the details, you are advised to wait until the response is received. You will get a keyword, which people will use to vote for your nominee. Voting lines will open from the 1 st of May to the 8th August 2020. Sms will cost R1.50 per SMS. Sms number will be given to you prior before voting lines starts.
